Qualifications

• Experience designing learning interventions for professional services or corporate training.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning objectives and design effective interventions.
• Familiarity with modern learning technology and digital delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative learning programmes across Tax, Legal and Workforce.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and facilitate design workshops.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement with content reviews and data-driven insights.
• Coach junior designers and support facilitators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
