Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Design Consultant within the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence. You will design and deliver innovative learning programmes across Tax, Legal and Workforce, translating business needs into effective learning objectives and leveraging digital tools to enhance engagement.

You will collaborate with SMEs and delivery teams to ensure programmes meet priorities and learner requirements, while coaching junior designers and supporting project delivery in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes for professional services or corporate learning environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into measurable learning objectives.
• Familiar with learning design methodologies and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative learning programmes for Tax, Legal and Workforce across multiple delivery modes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to identify learning needs and align solutions with business priorities.
• Review content, analyse evaluation data, and embed best practices to ensure inclusive and impactful learning.
• Coach junior designers and support project delivery to enable high‑quality learning experiences.
