Job summary

You will work with business SMEs, apply learning design methodologies, and support PSLs and Design Hub with delivery, ensuring accessible and impactful learning solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience designing and reviewing both face-to-face and digital learning solutions.
- Ability to translate business objectives into learning outcomes and content.
- Proven collaboration with SMEs and delivery teams to meet learner needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative learning programmes across Tax, Legal and Workforce, including learner pathways and technical content.
- Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to identify learning needs and align solutions with priorities.
- Drive quality and continuous improvement by reviewing content and evaluating programme data.
- Lead collaboration and capability building by coaching junior designers and supporting facilitators.
