Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Design Consultant in its Tax Design team to shape and deliver innovative learning programmes that meet business needs. You will collaborate with SMEs and delivery teams to translate objectives into effective learning interventions, combining digital and in-person approaches.

You will drive quality, support capability building, and coach junior designers, contributing to a fast-paced, client-facing learning environment that advances strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering learning programmes across Tax, Legal & Workforce.
• Ability to translate business objectives into learning objectives and interventions.
• Experience with both face-to-face and digital learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative learning programmes across Tax, Legal and Workforce.
• Partner with stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to identify learning needs and align solutions with priorities.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement by reviewing content and data to ensure accessibility and impact.
• Coach junior designers and support facilitators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
