Job summary

RSM invites graduates to join the Tax graduate programme, designed to turn academic potential into professional impact. You’ll learn quickly, support clients from day one, and balance study with real client work within a globally connected team.

You’ll start on 14 September 2027, with a fully funded three‑year study pathway towards ACA, ATT, ADIT and/or CTA, plus paid study leave and mentoring to shape your career in UK and international tax.

Qualifications

• Obtained or predicted honours degree.
• UK work entitlement as required.
• UCAS/Highers/Leaving Certificate qualifications as stated.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
• Developing the confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser.
• Using digital tools to work smarter and add more value for our clients.

Education

Honours degree

UCAS points (112 across 3 A levels or 104 across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or Irish Leaving Certificate)

Permanent right to live and work in the UK

Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices
