Job summary

RSM is offering a tax graduate programme in the UK designed to immerse you in real client work from day one, with opportunities across VAT, corporate tax, private client services and related advisory work.

You’ll learn from a globally connected team, supported by structured training, paid study leave and a funded pathway toward ACA, ATT, ADIT and/or CTA qualifications; start date 14 September 2027.

Qualifications

• You’ll need an honours degree or expect to achieve one; no prior tax study required.
• Right to live and work in the UK is required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
• Developing the confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser.
• Using digital tools to work smarter and add more value for our clients.
