Job summary

RSM in Guildford is offering a Tax graduate programme designed to fast‑track your career. You’ll build technical expertise, work directly with clients on compliance and advisory work, and learn how UK and international tax rules apply in real client situations.

Starting 14 September 2027, you’ll receive structured training, paid study leave and a funded pathway towards ACA, ATT, ADIT and/or CTA, with mentoring and development programmes to help you grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Honours degree required and UCAS points as stated.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK and international tax, with global collaboration.
• Developing confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted adviser.
