Job summary

RSM in Leeds invites graduates to join its Tax graduate programme, where you’ll build technical expertise across VAT, indirect tax, employer solutions, private client services, and corporate tax while working directly with clients on compliance and advisory work.

You’ll benefit from a fully funded three-year study programme toward ACA, ATT, ADIT and/or CTA, plus structured training, mentoring and paid study leave to support your development from day one.

Qualifications

• An obtained or predicted honours degree.
• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• An existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• RSM doesn’t accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
• Developing the confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser.
• Using digital tools to work smarter and add more value for our clients.
