Job summary

Loughborough University is seeking a Taught Programmes Co-ordinator for Student Support to join the School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering. You will provide administrative support across taught programmes and coordinate induction, attendance monitoring and wellbeing activities for students and staff. Open-ended, 29.6 hours per week (FTE 0.8).

Applications by 20 September 2026. Salary in the £29,588–£34,610 range, with a future annual pay award.

  • To work within the School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering Student Support Team to provide administrative support for students and staff across work related to taught programmes, at all levels, within the School.
  • To co-ordinate and lead the administrative support functions for student induction, attendance monitoring, student wellbeing and working in conjunction with Student Support Manager, the Learning and Teaching Manager and Director of UG Studies.
