Job summary

Loughborough University is seeking a part-time Administrator to join our Organisational Development team on campus. The role supports People and Culture across the University and offers a friendly, collaborative environment with daily variety.

Hours are 9.30–14.00 (or 10.00–14.30) Monday to Thursday, and 9.30–12.30 (or 10.00–13.00) on Fridays, 18.5 hours per week, with an open-ended contract. This on-campus position rewards accuracy, initiative and a service-minded approach.

Qualifications

  • You’ll pride yourself on being organised, proactive and will enjoys making things happen.
  • You’ll have great organisational and time-management skills, confidence with a wide range of people, and good IT and digital skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the People and Culture work across the University as part of the Professional Services team.
  • Provide a friendly, responsive support service to colleagues; no two days will be quite the same.
  • Work on-campus with others, contributing to a collaborative and ambitious environment.

We’re looking for a part-time Administrator to join our Professional Services team and play an important role in supporting our People and Culture work across the University.

This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of the team, helping us keep things running smoothly and providing a friendly, responsive support service to colleagues - you’ll have plenty of variety and no two days will be quite the same.

You’ll pride yourself on being organised, proactive and will enjoys making things happen. You’ll have great good organisational and time-management skills, confidence working with a wide range of people, and good IT and digital skills. You’ll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and have a strong attention to the detail that makes all the difference.

This is an on-campus role, Monday to Friday, 9.30 – 14.00 (or 10.00 – 14.30) Monday to Thursday, then 9.30 – 12.30 (or 10.00 – 13.00) on Fridays, reflecting the needs of the team.
