• CORE COMPETENCIES include TOM blueprinting, organisational design, value stream mapping.
• Transformation skills in business architecture, process improvement, cost reduction.
• Stakeholder management at C-suite level, cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design TOMs for strategic programmes and projects.
• Embed customer-centric design into operation frameworks.
• Map current processes and design future-state processes and KPIs.
• Define tech landscape and data governance to support TOM.
• Establish governance and decision rights for programme success.
• Prepare and present recommendations to Strategy & Transformation leadership.
