Job summary

SR2 REC LTD seeks experienced Target Operating Model consultants for banking transformation. Roles span Consultant to Director levels in London hybrid, Inside IR35. You will diagnose current TOMs, design future TOMs, and help implement operating-model changes across front-to-back banking operations.

The work involves mapping capabilities, processes, roles and governance, applying value-stream and agile principles, and developing practical roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Target Operating Model design and implementation in banking transformations.
• Strong banking domain knowledge across Corporate/Commercial/Investment Banking.
• Experience leading or owning workstreams with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform current-state TOM assessments and diagnostics.
• Design future-state TOMs across banking functions and processes.
• Map capabilities, processes, roles, accountabilities, and structures.
• Develop TOM roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Lead workshops with senior banking stakeholders and ensure executable designs.
