Job summary

EACH Counselling is recruiting a Transformation Project Manager to lead the consolidation phase of our organisational transformation and support the delivery of a sustainable Target Operating Model.

The role requires strong project and change-management capabilities, governance and stakeholder engagement, plus experience in reporting and driving improvements across multiple sites. Salary is £36,000-£42,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong project and change-management experience.
• Implementation planning and risk mitigation.
• Experience with governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in performance reporting and storytelling without direct line management.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience with data, process design and new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation phase of the transformation programme.
• Support the delivery of a sustainable Target Operating Model.
