Job summary

Scottish Water in Stepps, Glasgow is seeking a Customer Planning Technician on a 12-month fixed-term/secondment to schedule tanker services and coordinate resources for domestic and commercial customers.

You will work with the Waste Services Transport Scheduling Team, use digital systems, maintain data accuracy, and deliver a high-quality customer experience while supporting frontline operations.

Qualifications
