Job summary

Scottish Water is seeking a Customer Planning Technician for the Waste Services Transport Scheduling Team on a 12 month fixed term/secondment. You’ll plan tanker services, coordinate resources, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while supporting key operational objectives.

The role involves scheduling across a geographic area, maintaining accurate data, and working with both domestic and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Organised and customer-focused with ability to plan and prioritise workload.
• Strong data handling and Excel skills for scheduling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule tanker workloads across a designated area.
