Job summary

Pertemps are recruiting a Machine Operator in Tamworth to support a well-established manufacturing client. The role is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a clear pathway to long-term employment.

You will operate production machinery safely, load/unload materials, monitor processes and carry out quality checks while helping the team meet daily targets in a clean, safe environment. Hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm, Friday 7:00am–12:00pm.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating machinery.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of health & safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
