Job summary

Hays HR is assisting a large public sector organisation in Liverpool to recruit a Transformation Manager - Resourcing & Talent on a 6-month FTC. Hybrid working in Liverpool City Centre. The role focuses on talent and workforce transformation, system improvements and major recruitment initiatives.

You will lead change across HR, People Services and Corporate Development, delivering governance, analytics and improved candidate experience to support strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex transformation projects.
• Strong project management background with process redesign.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or workforce planning.
• Experience implementing ATS/HRIS or workforce management systems.
• Experience with process automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSP implementation for contingent labour.
• Review and redesign end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Drive optimisation of recruitment systems and data quality.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Support recruitment governance frameworks for senior hires.
• Produce recruitment reporting and workforce planning insights.
• Manage project plans, risks, milestones and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent and operational leaders.
