Dudman Tidbury HR Ltd in Lancashire is seeking a recruitment professional to join a fast-paced, globally oriented business. You will lead headhunting and sourcing across levels, including early careers and apprenticeships, to meet strategic workforce needs.

You will provide expert HR insights to stakeholders, ensure data integrity, and drive informed decision making while collaborating with external consultants to manage talent initiatives across regions.

The successful candidate will be a recruitment professional with experience in complex or global businesses. Sectors such as retail would be ideal.

This role would suit someone with recruitment experience including in early careers and apprenticeships who loves fast-paced environments. Proven experience in headhunting, sourcing of candidates at a range of levels and managing volume.

You will provide expertise for HR and business stakeholders in order to support implementation of relevant talent strategies that are appropriate for the business needs, but consistent with the organisation's overall HR strategy, be responsible for data integrity and data analysis, working with HR and business stakeholders to drive informed decision making, and support the regions by partnering with local geographical HR Partners in Talent as well as supporting the management of relationships with external consultants or third parties.

This role is hybrid and will require at least 2 days per week onsite
