Job summary

Boots is seeking a Business Architect - Talent to join our HR team in Nottingham on a part-time, 18-month fixed term contract. You will partner with the Talent Workstream Lead and SMEs to design and validate talent processes that support employee experience.

You will balance big-picture thinking with detailed process design, drive standardisation, and document future state configurations to enable SOP creation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Talent, Performance and Succession processes.
• Ability to move between big picture and small detail over the duration of the project.
• Detail orientated and user experience aware.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with Talent Workstream Lead and SMEs to meet business requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end processes meet ToM and taxonomy requirements.
• Support design decisions ensuring integrity within the design.
• Participate in design workshops to capture business needs and reduce steps.
• Document future state processes and contribute to SOPs.
