Job summary

Sanderson, Manchester, is seeking a Talent Solutions Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of key MSP/RPO client accounts. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and strong relationships.

You will lead Talent Partners, drive governance, and support strategic initiatives while identifying growth opportunities and coaching teams to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment delivery within MSP, RPO or Talent Solutions environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading, coaching or supporting recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operational and commercial performance of key MSP/RPO client accounts.
• Leading Talent Partners to deliver exceptional results and coaching them to high performance.
• Monitoring account performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Producing governance reporting and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Identifying risks, opportunities and areas for service improvement.
• Supporting commercial growth, account renewals and client retention initiatives.
• Collaborating across teams to share best practice and enhance client outcomes.
