Job summary

Impellam is seeking a proactive Talent Resourcing Partner to join our delivery team. This hands-on role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for contract vacancies, from briefing through to hire, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and timely results.

Based onsite in London or Luton, you’ll work closely with hiring managers, suppliers and recruitment colleagues to attract, shortlist and onboard talent, while building lasting pipelines and meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP/agency/in-house recruitment.
• Experience recruiting contractors, contingent workers or project resources.
• Knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies and candidate attraction.
• Exposure to technology, digital or project recruitment.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Delivery-focused mindset with a results-driven approach.

• Support contingent workforce and contractor recruitment activity.
• Work with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide market insight.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure quality shortlists.
• Manage the candidate journey from application through to onboarding.
• Collaborate with suppliers and recruitment partners to ensure delivery against service levels.
• Support recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, and talent attraction initiatives.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We're looking for a driven and proactive Talent Resourcing Partner with recruitment experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of delivery and fulfilment from briefing through to hire.

Working closely with hiring managers, recruitment colleagues, and supply partners, you'll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing talent across a variety of contract vacancies. You'll be passionate about candidate experience and enjoy building strong relationships while delivering against tight timelines.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an MSP, agency, or in-house environment

• Recruiting contractors, contingent workers, or project-based resources would be highly advantageous.

• Understanding of direct sourcing methodologies and candidate attraction strategies.

• Exposure to technology, digital, project related recruitment would be beneficial.

• Someone who is adaptable, resilient, and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A delivery-focused mindset with the determination to make things happen.

• Must be eligible and willing to secure and hold DV clearance
