Job summary

GPhC is seeking a Resourcing Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead recruitment, onboarding and support HR systems and reporting across the organisation. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard talent while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

You will work with colleagues at all levels, drive process improvements, maintain a data-driven approach and uphold equality, diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR or similar people-focused environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Interest in process improvement and using technology to enhance ways of working and accuracy.

Responsibilities
