The successful candidate will provide broad, hands-on HR support, advise managers, manage employee relations, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to HR reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR position.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience.
• Experience supporting change, restructuring or consultation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
• Managing employee relations cases, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and organisational change matters.
• Supporting managers through investigations, hearings and consultation processes.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Coaching and developing managers to build confidence in people management.
• Maintaining HR systems, records and employee data.
• Coordinating leaver processes and conducting exit administration.
• Supporting learning and development activities across the organisation.
• Producing HR reports and analysing people data to support decision-making.
