Our organisation has a long-term vision and a desire for highly skilled and specialist staff. We are committed to providing workforce learning and development opportunities.
We have adopted a hybrid working approach which combines office and home working. Staff are currently required to attend the office for a minimum of 12 days per quarter, with these arrangements due to be reviewed in January 2027.
We are proud of our diverse and inclusive culture and are committed to holding ourselves to the same standards we expect of others.

We are a Disability Confident employer. Disabled applicants who choose to apply under the Disability Confident Scheme and who best meet the minimum criteria for the role will be invited to interview.
The minimum criteria are the essential requirements set out in the person specification and vacancy information. In recruitment campaigns attracting a particularly high volume of applications for example, it may not be reasonable to interview all those who opt in and meet the minimum criteria. In those circumstances, we may invite a fair and proportionate number of disabled applicants who best meet the minimum criteria.
Reasonable adjustments are available throughout the recruitment process for all, and you do not need to have a disability to discuss reasonable adjustments.

Applicants will be asked to declare this during the application process and may be subject to further internal verification. Any findings may be considered as part of the recruitment decision.
