Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Talent & Performance Coach to support colleagues across the group, strengthening performance and preparing for future opportunities. You’ll work within the Workforce Development team to deliver coaching, development centres and talent insights, shaping practical development solutions and a culture of growth.

You’ll influence managers and senior leaders on development, progression and succession decisions, enabling strong leadership pipelines and internal mobility across YTL

• Experienced coach or talent development professional with credibility to influence managers and senior leaders.
• Skilled in using assessment tools, diagnostics and coaching conversations to generate insights.
• Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure impact.

From emerging talent and future leaders to experienced managers and executives, you'll help people build confidence, capability and readiness for what's next.

Working as part of our Workforce Development team, you'll deliver meaningful coaching, facilitate development centres, provide talent insight and support the practical application of our Performance Framework. You'll help managers have better development conversations, identify future talent and make evidence-based decisions about growth, progression and succession.

This is far more than programme delivery. You'll influence how we identify, develop and retain our future capability across YTL UK.Alongside the opportunity to influence talent and performance across YTL UK, you'll work with talented colleagues, partner with senior leaders and help shape the future capability of our organisation.Because when people grow, businesses thrive.

What you'll do

You will:

• deliver high-quality one-to-one and group coaching for leaders, future leaders and colleagues with potential
• design and facilitate development centres, talent programmes and career development interventions
• use assessment tools, diagnostics and coaching conversations to generate meaningful insight and development plans
• support managers to build confidence in performance, feedback and development conversations
• analyse talent and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and succession risks
• facilitate business performance review standardisation to ensure fair, transparent and clear ratings
• contribute to talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility activity
• work with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and Workforce Development colleagues to shape practical development solutions
• help create a culture where development, growth and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.

What you'll need

You will:

• be an experienced coach and talent development professional who is passionate about helping people achieve their potential
• bring expertise in coaching, talent development and performance improvement, with the credibility to influence managers and senior leaders on development, progression and succession decisions
• be confident using coaching, assessment and development approaches to generate meaningful insight and translate it into practical action
• be comfortable working with data as well as people, using evidence to inform decisions, identify opportunities and measure impact
• most importantly, share our belief that great organisations grow their own talent, creating opportunities for individuals to thrive while building the capability needed for future success.
