Job summary

YTL UK is seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to lead a three-person recruitment team across the YTL Construction, YTL Developments, YTL Live & Turnbull businesses. You will shape how we attract, engage and hire talent, partnering with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and build strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing teams.
• Track record delivering recruitment outcomes across multiple roles and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence to drive decisions.
• Experience using analytics to improve performance and outcomes.
• Passion for delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three recruitment professionals to high performance.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles with an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
• Shape recruitment strategy and improve processes, systems and employer brand.
• Monitor metrics and provide insights to stakeholders; support strategic projects.
