Techtree combines AI‑powered candidate intelligence with a global network of independent Talent Partners. The AI handles sourcing, matching, and outreach. You handle the human relationships that turn matches into hires, and earn a significant placement fee every time.

Your job is the human layer: warm introductions, candidate care, and the trust that converts a match into a hire.

Option to work with TechTree

• Upload your connections – AI surfaces your strongest matches – Reach out to people you already know, with a tailored message drafted for you.

How you earn

• AI Network Referrals – 20% of placement fee
• Manual Referrals – 20% of placement fee
• Add a screening call – 10% of placement fee
• Outreach – 10% of placement fee (approx 1 hour per week)

Example: refer and screen a candidate placed on a £25,000 fee – £7,500 to you.
