Talentful is seeking a talented individual with over 4 years of technical recruitment experience to work closely with clients, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders and managing recruitment projects.

What will you do around here?

• Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally

• Partner with top-tier senior stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice

• Host hiring events and manage end-to-end recruitment projects

• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process, including confidently offering and closing

• Partner with technical sourcers to ensure a diverse pipeline of top-tier technical talent

We'd love to chat with you if you have:

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment

• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience

• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders

• Exceptional organizational skills and are detail-orientated
