Job summary

EY Jersey is seeking a Talent Senior Associate / Administrator on a fixed-term basis to support day-to-day recruitment and talent operations across the Channel Islands.

The role partners with Talent colleagues in Guernsey and the UK, serving as go-to contact in Jersey, coordinating inductions, mobility and qualification administration, and helping to deliver key HR activities while upholding EY's brand and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR generalist experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of broad HR remit.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on quality and client service.
• Resilient, self-starter with ability to work independently and with teams.
• Knowledge of contemporary HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for day-to-day HR matters.
• Go-to Talent contact in Jersey.
• Manage recruitment of experienced hires including mobility/immigration and careers fairs.
• Coordinate new starter inductions.
• Advise the business on leavers.
• Support professional qualification administration.
• Direct queries to central teams as needed.
• Promote accountability and ensure policies are followed.
• Maintain local relationships to enhance EY’s brand.
• Assist with annual HR cycles like performance reviews (LEAD) and pay reviews.
• Collaborate with wider Talent teams across the islands to align processes.
