Boltz is seeking an exceptional operator to join the Talent & Operations team. You will help hire great people, craft a thoughtful employee experience, and improve systems that keep the company running as we grow.

This broad, high-ownership role spans talent, people, and company operations, turning messy processes into simple, effective ones. You’ll work with strong judgement, high standards, and a bias toward action, enabling a talented team to do its best work.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent, recruiting, people operations, startups, or general operations is useful.
• Trajectory, judgement, pace, and ownership matter more than following a fixed career path.

Responsibilities

• Help us hire exceptional people from sourcing through onboarding, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Improve onboarding and the internal processes to enhance the employee experience.
• Own operational projects and day-to-day issues across talent, people, and company operations.
• Identify and design lightweight systems to scale processes without adding bureaucracy.
