Job summary

Taptap Send is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to join our People team in a high‑impact individual contributor role. You’ll own strategic execution of employee relations, expansion into new markets, and scalable People Ops processes to support our global growth.

You’ll lead the setup of employment in new jurisdictions, manage sensitive cases with discretion, and automate core processes across markets to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Ops/HR or similar operational role.
• Experience in multi-country environments and payroll/contracts
• Strong judgement and discretion in employee-relations cases
• Ability to scope and land work independently across parallel streams
• Proficient with data, systems, and automation to reduce manual effort
• Able to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own the employee relations function, including sensitive cases and investigations, with Legal support
• Lead setup of employment in new jurisdictions, payroll, contracts, benefits, and compliance
• Automate and run core People Ops processes across markets including onboarding/offboarding
• Ensure multi-country employment compliance across labour laws as expansion occurs
• Deliver People Ops projects end to end with scoping, driving, and outcomes
• Automate manual workflows and partner with teams to reduce operational load
• Maintain accurate people data, headcount, attrition, and compliance reporting
