About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive Talent Operations Coordinator to join our centralised recruitment team. You will play a key role in ensuring the operational success of our hiring processes, providing a seamless and positive experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers from start to finish.
Supporting the Talent Operations Business Partner, you will enhance team efficiency through technology and automation. Your responsibilities include managing recruitment reporting and analytics, maintaining and improving the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), and keeping our recruitment processes organized, data-driven, and candidate-friendly.

Standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30, with flexibility around core hours of 10:30 - 16:30. For example, you might start at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
