Bart Health is looking for a project manager to play a strong role in taking forward the implementation of a single point of access for patients referred to Barts Health a key driver as part of the ODNs.
The post holder with be leading on the programme of work associated with a single point of access for patients who are referred into the group for Urology and Gynae. This post would report into the Group Director and Operational Delivery Board.
The Project Manager Will Be Required To
Work with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across our partner organisations to plan, test, and implement new ways of working and develop both short term and long-term plans for specific projects, supporting improvement across the BH group
Set up, manage and implement projects, working closely with colleagues in the programme team, and hospital teams to:
Support and facilitate working relationships between the partners organisations within the relevant programme.
Scope and develop a robust project plan for projects in conjunction with key stakeholders, including external organisations where relevant.
Manage the project set up, implementation and reporting.
Develop the measurement of impact and tracking of benefits to projects and partner organisations, and lead on the reporting and feedback within ODN.
Communicate to, and gain support from, internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure robust evaluation of projects that feed into project outcomes and impact reporting and support additional project sustainability, spread and scale activities.
Contribute to the development of business cases, when required, by developing and testing evidence for interventions to support the programme development and the advancement of project.

Key Relationships
Relevant programme team, including the Group Director and Manager(s), and colleagues from the BH Group, other clinical academic partnerships, and cross-cutting programmes.
Clinicians and staff within the designated teams from across the network, and as relevant other stakeholders from across primary and community care and public health.
Currently the ODN cover three of the four hospital sites, all operating individual waiting lists and different models of care. The programme will standardise delivery and provide equal access to care for all patients, prioritising the need for high-quality, safe and efficient care delivery.
