You are the person who keeps our systems accurate, our communications timely, and our day-to-day running smoothly. You will be successful in this role if you are detail-oriented, dependable, and take genuine pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
At this level, collaboration is about being a reliable and communicative partner to the people around you. You support and learn from the Talent Operations Manager, keeping systems up to date and the team one step ahead. You are a go-to resource for production and creative teams on day-to-day logistics, responding to requests with clarity and speed. You collaborate with peers across the global resourcing team, sharing updates and flagging changes that may affect other offices. You are a champion of BUCK Culture in the London office, planning events, making staff feel welcome and collaborating with an operationally focused mindset to create an inclusive and calm studio environment.
