BUCK in London is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the resourcing function, keeping systems accurate and communications timely. The role focuses on onboarding paperwork, artist bookings, and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive studio culture.

You will collaborate with IT, HR and Talent teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, reporting to the Senior Talent Operations Manager and helping to build community both in-person and remotely.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination or studio operations role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a love of keeping things organised.
  • A clear and proactive communicator who flags issues early.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving creative environment.
  • Love for animation, storytelling, and supporting creative teams to do their best work.
  • The ability to work from the office 3 days per week.

  • Coordinate resourcing and onboarding of freelance staff and ensure accurate CRM records.

Job Description

The role of Talent Operations Coordinator at BUCK is to be the operational backbone of our resourcing function. You are the person who keeps our systems accurate, our communications timely, and our day-to-day running smoothly. You keep our talent informed and our projects set up for success before they even begin. You take pride in maintaining a studio space, and have a keen interest in developing a diverse and inclusive studio culture alongside being a point of contact for all BUCK staff.

You will be successful in this role if you are detail-oriented, dependable, and take genuine pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Responsibilities
Resourcing
  • Support freelance management
  • Initial outreach, scheduling and onboarding paperwork
  • Maintain and update BUCK Resourcing CRM with accurate allocations, holds and bookings
  • Proactive communication around artist bookings, extensions and departures
  • Manage help desk tickets for freelance new hires and IT setup needs
  • Input and maintain artist details in Global Talent, our talent rolodex
  • Flag PTO, availability changes and allocation updates to the wider EUG resourcing team
  • Support staff scheduling under the guidance of the Senior Talent Operations Manager
Operations and Studio Support
  • Coordinate the operations of the studio for BUCK employees, including maintaining the space, assisting with events and programming, and supporting a wider strategy geared towards enhancing community and culture in the London studio.
  • Assist with budgeting for events, tracking costs, booking travel / accommodation
  • Work closely with global IT to ensure the highest quality of work output for our artists. Including problem solving and partnering with BUCK IT service desk to mitigate issues and enhance artists working experience
  • Working alongside HR and the wider Talent team to ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied within teams and on the ground in the London studio
  • Be an ambassador for our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging efforts for across the BUCK European Group
  • Help drive and maintain the culture of all departments across the organisation, with a focus on building community and togetherness in person and remotely
How you collaborate

At this level, collaboration is about being a reliable and communicative partner to the people around you. You support and learn from the Talent Operations Manager, keeping systems up to date and the team one step ahead. You are a go-to resource for production and creative teams on day-to-day logistics, responding to requests with clarity and speed. You collaborate with peers across the global resourcing team, sharing updates and flagging changes that may affect other offices. You are a champion of BUCK Culture in the London office, planning events, making staff feel welcome and collaborating with an operationally focused mindset to create an inclusive and calm studio environment.
