Checkout.com in London is seeking an exceptionally organized Talent Operations Associate to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. You will bridge scheduling, data reporting, and tooling to ensure recruiters and interviewers can access top talent through advanced TA operations.

You will drive AI-enabled automation, streamline processes, and partner with senior stakeholders to redesign workflows for efficiency and scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity to investigate issues.
• Proven interest and capability in AI tools, prompts, or workflow automation.
• Ability to work with data and build reporting dashboards to guide decisions.
• Confident, tactful communicator with executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Data reporting: produce regional and departmental reports and dashboards for the TA team.
• AI, automation & workflow optimisation: apply AI tools to remove bottlenecks and redesign workflows.
• TA Ops projects: contribute to strategic projects like tooling, interview processes and TA workflows.
