Job summary

Checkout.com in London is seeking a highly organized Talent Operations Associate to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. You will bridge recruiters and interviewer communities, enabling them to find top talent using cutting-edge Talent Operations.

You will drive AI-powered scheduling, data dashboards and workflow improvements, collaborating with senior stakeholders to redefine TA processes and reduce manual bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or relevant work experience in these fields.
• Curious problem-solving: enjoy learning about issues, asking questions and finding solutions to complex problems.
• AI & Automation proficiency: demonstrated passion for using AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automations
• Data fluency: ability to work with data and build reporting dashboards to guide decisions.
• Executive presence: confident, tactful communication with senior stakeholders and timelines.
• Project management: prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects in various stages.

Responsibilities

• Data reporting for regional and departmental data, and creating dashboards for the talent acquisition team.
• Use AI tools and automation to remove bottlenecks, identify friction points, and redesign workflows toward an admin-zero environment.
• Work on TA Ops projects, e.g. interviewer training, implementing new tooling or refining TA processes.
• Own Ashby configuration and QA of AI integrations to improve pipeline velocity.
• Configure regional contracts and maintain SOPs and knowledge base for TA.
