The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital-first talent across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands and talent, along with excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance.
2. Develop and implement tailored career plans for each client to maximize their potential and meet their goals.
3. Secure and negotiate partnerships, drafting and amending contracts to ensure favorable outcomes.
4. Attend shoots and press commitments with talent.
5. Proactively reach out to brands to secure authentic partnerships and long-term collaborations.
6. Grow your roster by onboarding both emerging and established creators.

Key Requirements

1. Experience as a talent agent or manager overseeing digital talent.
2. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate contracts independently.
3. Knowledge of current and upcoming creators and social media trends.
