The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital-first talent across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands and talent, along with excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance.
• Develop and implement tailored career plans for each client to maximize their potential and meet their goals.
• Secure and negotiate lucrative partnerships, drafting and revising contracts for favorable outcomes.
• Attend shoots and press commitments with talent.
• Proactively reach out to brands to secure authentic partnerships and long-term collaborations.
• Grow your roster by onboarding both emerging and established creators.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a talent agent or manager overseeing digital talent.
• Commercially savvy with the ability to negotiate contracts independently.
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends and emerging creators.
