The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital-first talent across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands and talent, as well as excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance.
2. Develop and execute tailored career plans for each client to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
3. Secure and negotiate lucrative partnerships, including drafting and amending contracts for favorable outcomes.
4. Attend shoots and press commitments with talent.
5. Proactively reach out to brands, securing authentic partnerships and long-lasting collaborations.
6. Grow your roster by onboarding both up-and-coming talent and established creators.

Key Requirements

1. Previous experience working as a talent agent or talent manager overseeing digital talent.
2. Commercially savvy with the ability to independently negotiate contracts.
3. Knowledge of the latest social media trends and emerging creators.
