The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital-first talent across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands and talent, and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance
• Develop and execute tailored career plans for each client to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
• Secure and negotiate lucrative partnerships - drafting and amending contracts for favourable outcomes
• Attend shoots and press commitments with talent
• Proactively outreach to brands, securing authentic partnerships and long-lasting collaborations
• Grow your roster, onboarding both up-and-coming talent and established creators

Key Requirements

• Previous experience working as a talent agent or talent manager, overseeing digital talent
• Commercially-savvy and able to independently negotiate contracts
• A finger on the pulse of the latest up-and-coming creators and social media trends
