Digital Icon Agency (DIA) is seeking a proactive Talent Manager to lead the development of digital creators at our London HQ. You will secure high-value brand partnerships, drive commercial growth for your talent portfolio, and contribute to the agency's expansion in international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in talent management, influencer marketing or creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital creators and personalities, guiding career development and brand partnerships.
• Negotiate and secure high-value brand collaborations with priority on revenue growth.
• Build long-term relationships with talent, agencies and brands across fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle.
• Drive revenue targets, monitor performance, and contribute to portfolio strategy and growth.
• Coordinate events, campaigns and travel to maximise brand opportunities across markets.
