Job summary

Relay is seeking a Talent Lead – Operations & Business in London to shape hiring for our non-tech org. You’ll be the go-to TA partner for hiring managers, advising on best practices and reporting on insights to continuously improve our talent function.

You’ll own end-to-end hiring, build relationships with senior leaders, create sharp JDs and scorecards, and use data to drive decisions while scaling through new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Senior recruiter with hypergrowth startup experience.
• Structured, clear communicator with strong stakeholder management.
• Data-driven mindset focusing on metrics to improve outcomes.
• Own end-to-end hiring and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, outreach to offer.
• Build relationships with senior leadership and People teams.
• Create sharp JDs and scorecards; keep pipelines clean in ATS.
• Leverage tools and automation to scale impact and quality of hire.
• Track TA metrics and translate data into hiring actions.
• Propose and implement fixes to speed and quality of hire.
