Relay is seeking a Talent Lead – Operations & Business to shape hiring for non-tech teams in a fast-growing environment. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer, partnering with senior leaders to align hiring with business goals.

Located in Shoreditch, the role combines hands-on execution with strategy, enabling data-driven decisions, sharp JD creation, and clean pipelines. The team values impact, speed, and a strong Relay fit.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Background in hypergrowth startups or scale-ups.
• Structured, clear communicator with strong stakeholder management.
• Data-driven mindset, using metrics to prioritise, iterate and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, outreach, offer, and onboarding.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
• Create sharp JDs and scorecards; maintain clean pipelines across managers and agencies.
• Leverage ATS and new tooling to scale impact and improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Track TA metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders clearly.
