Octavius Infrastructure Limited is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our growing People and Talent team. You will identify and engage talent before vacancies arise, building robust pipelines and candidate longlists across our sectors.

Work closely with Talent Partners and Co-ordinators, using LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-powered tools to uncover talent, while supporting diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing practices.

Qualifications

• Interest in recruitment and people-centric roles.
• Ability to research markets and talent pools.
• Comfort with AI-enabled recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Research talent markets and map skillsets across sectors.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates via multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Produce quality candidate longlists to support hiring decisions.
• Promote the employer brand and engage candidates throughout the process.
