Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience sourcing for GTM functions such as Sales or Revenue ops.
• Proven ability to build strong pipelines for complex or competitive roles.
• Strong research and market-mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business priorities and develop targeted sourcing strategies across GTM functions.
• Proactively identify, engage and build relationships with exceptional talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for immediate and longer-term hiring needs.
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing approaches leveraging market intelligence and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess fit and drive engaging candidate experience.
• Bring market insights to inform hiring strategies and challenge assumptions.
• Partner with recruiters to refine search strategies and measure pipeline quality.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline effectiveness to improve engagement and conversion.
• Champion inclusive sourcing across diverse backgrounds and talent pools.
• Experiment with AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve efficiency while maintaining human judgement.
• Share sourcing best practices across the team.
