Job summary

Manchester City Football Club is seeking a part-time Junior Academy talent identification coordinator in Greater Manchester. You will supervise a team of scouts, plan coverage, and support identifying high-potential players within Cheshire and surrounding areas.

You will monitor reporting quality, provide feedback and scheduling support, attend matches and events, and uphold safeguarding and accurate record-keeping across area operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating teams of scouts or part-time staff.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders including clubs, coaches and parents.
• Understanding safeguarding responsibilities and reporting requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and scheduling efficiently.
