Based in Greater Manchester, this permanent part-time role (18 hours per week) supports the Club's Junior Academy talent identification work across the designated region of Cheshire. You will coordinate scouting activity, help maintain high reporting standards, and build trusted relationships that support the identification of high-potential players.

Within our Junior Academy, we are focused on creating the best possible environment for identifying and supporting young players with potential. Our scouting and recruitment work is built on collaboration, consistency and a clear understanding of the Club's development philosophy, helping every area of coverage contribute to long-term success.
This role sits at the heart of the Club's talent identification activity across a defined geographical area. You will coordinate a team of scouts, help ensure coverage is planned effectively, and support the consistent identification of players who fit the Club's recruitment philosophy.
Day to day, you will monitor reporting quality, provide feedback and development support, and keep area operations running smoothly through clear scheduling, communication and compliance. The role also involves regular attendance at matches and events, with a strong focus on safeguarding and accurate record keeping.
You will build trusted relationships with local clubs, coaches, parents and other stakeholders, representing the Club professionally in every interaction. Working closely with the Senior Local Recruitment Manager and wider recruitment colleagues, you will help strengthen the area network and contribute to the long-term success of the Junior Academy.
