Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and generate prospective company leads for Growth Programmes.
• Support onboarding and delivery of workshops and events.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Impact teams.
