Reporting to the Director of People & Talent, you will shape and optimise our learning and development offer to ensure that all learning initiatives not only enhance individual and team skills, knowledge and competency but also align to the business plan and drive strong organisational performance. Responsible for all operational aspects of the L&D function, you will ensure delivery of a full training programme in line with best practice, reviewing, streamlining and continuously developing our approach. With a passion for getting the best out of people, strong motivational and communication skills, you will be an experienced learning and development professional ready to make a difference.
