Possibl is pleased to be searching on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing international financial services firm looking after a huge portfolio within their range of specialist services.

An opportunity has become available on a permanent basis to join their small but high performing Global talent team as a Talent Development Manager reporting into the head of TD working within the wider HR function.

In this broad, varied role, you will lead and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives across their global business. You will also sit in a high-touch seat, partnering with senior stakeholders across the firm to create scalable and forward-thinking talent solutions aligned with their strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in L&D strategy and programme delivery, ideally in a global context
• Skilled in coaching and facilitation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to proactively build relationships
• Ability to consult internally and articulate clearly
• Experience managing multiple projects across regions with multiple stakeholders involved
• Experience in financial/professional services, management consulting, or similar environment (preferred)
• CIPD qualification or MSc in Occupational Psychology (preferred)
